Here’s A Trailer for Hitman: Sniper Challenge

Earlier today Square Enix announced that they had partnered up with retailer GameStop to offer players who pre-order Hitman: Absolution from GameStop a stand-alone Hitman sniping game called Sniper Challenge.

Well thanks to the trailer above, we now know what this Sniper Challenge game looks like. It doesn’t look bad, it actually looks like it could be fun to play. But at the same time, it doesn’t look good enough to make me run out on May 15th and pre-order Absolution from GameStop to get it.

I’ll pass on pre-ordering this from GameStop, but if you do and you play this, drop us a comment and let us know what you think about it.

  1. I’ll look forward to getting this some day next year when it’s real cheap because I’m not preordering from Gamestop, either. This kind of retailer exclusive DLC needs to a DIAF pronto.

    • Agreed.

I don’t blame GameStop for approaching Square and other publishers trying to get this kind of exclusive, but I do wish the publishers had enough respect for their customers to not try and screw those who choose one retailer over another. Alternate skins and weapon decals is one thing, but exclusive missions and mini games, and character, is BS.
