Hitman: Absolution Hits Stores on November 20th

The long awaited and hugely anticipated return to the world of the Hitman universe, Hitman: Absolution, finally has a release date: November 20, 2012 for PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. That of course puts in right in the thick of the Holiday season rush that gamers both look forward too and dread each year as it reeks havoc on their wallets.

It’s going to be an interesting two months (October and November) with so many big, big titles releasing. The gameplay videos for Hitman: Absolution have been amazing and there’s absolutely no reason why this game shouldn’t be great.

Thankfully Assassin’s Creed 3, my other big anticipated game, launches a month before this one which means we’ll have more than enough time to assassinate red-coats with arrows and hatchets from tree tops before moving on to assassinating dudes with cool guns and spoons and whatever else we find lying around the game world that can get the job done.

  1. Sure enough. How did I KNOW somehow this would be one of what will probably be 20 some odd AAA titles that all come out within a handful of weeks of each other that month? I wish this were coming out this summer. I could have sworn a couple of months back I’d heard June or July but if this means getting a non rushed, great product then so be it. Between this and AC3 alone, I’m going to be more than set at year’s end.
