Grand Theft Auto V isn’t coming out this Spring as was originally planned, but now we do have an official release date: September 17, 2013.
Rockstar ensures that the extra time will be worth it saying, “GTAV is a massively ambitious and complex game and it simply needs a little more polish to be of the standard we and, more importantly, you require.”
The good news here is that it’s always best to have quality games spread out so the bank accounts don’t take a big hit at once. Spring is already loaded with what should be quality games (BioShock Infinite, The Last of Us, Defiance, etc.), so I welcome this even though this is my second most anticipated title of the year (that we know of thus far).
So, GTAV is coming out on September 17th for PS3 and Xbox 360. Still no word on a PC version.
