Actress Lauren Bacall Passes Away at Age 89

Lauren Bacall, one of the great actresses from the "Golden Age of Hollywood," died today in her home from a massive stroke. The Oscar-nominated actress was 89 years old. Bacall starred alongside husband Humprey Bogart in To Have and Have Not (although they weren't married at that time) and also The Big Sleep. Her other memorable films include The Mirror Has Two Faces, Sex and the Single Girl, Dark Passage, Key Largo, and Murder on the Orient Express. Her acting career spanned from 1944 (when she debuted in To Have and Have Not at 20-years-old) to this year, where she recently lent her voice to an episode of Family Guy. Robin Williams Passes Away at Age 63


Actor and comedian Robin Williams was found dead in his home yesterday of an apparent suicide by asphyxiation. Latest reports indicate that he hung himself with a belt. He was 63 years old. One behalf of everyone here at Cinema Vortex and the entire TVE Network, condolences to his family and friends. Smith's Sentiment: We're a day late on this I know, but I didn't have Internet access yesterday. Williams had apparently be depressed throughout most of his career, but that certainly didn't stop him from making millions of us laugh. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Moves Up to March 25, 2016


Warner Bros. Has decided not to go up against Captain America 3 on May 6, 2016, announcing today that they're moving up the release of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice to March 25, 2016. Dawn of Justice marks the first time Batman and Superman will appear on the big screen together, and will kick-start a larger DC Comics cinematic universe. It is the sequel to 2013's Man of Steel. The film will also include Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) and is rumored to also include Aquaman (rumored Jason Momoa) in a minor role. Terminator Genisys Wraps Production, Scheduled for July 1, 2015 Release


The Terminator reboot starring Arnold Schwarzenegger has officially wrapped production and gotten a title: Terminator Genisys. Schwarzenegger wrote the following on his Facebook page: "Hasta la vista, baby. I want to thank the cast and crew of Terminator Genisys for a fantastic shoot. It was challenging, it was fun, and it was rewarding. Alice in Wonderland: Through The Looking Glass Begins Filming


The sequel to Disney's big 2010 hit Alice in Wonderland has begun filming in England, and it's gotten an official title: Alice in Wonderland: Through The Looking Glass. The film, which is being directed by James Bobin, sees Sacha Baron Cohen and Rhys Ifans join the star-studded cast. Reprising their roles from the original are Johnny Depp, Mia Wasikowska, Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter, and the voices of Stephen Fry, Toby Jones, Alan Rickman, Michael Sheen and Timothy Spall.
