Lost on an island, young survivors of a plane crash eventually revert to savagery despite the few rational boys’ attempts to prevent that.

Patriot’s Point: Now here’s a classic film that I haven’t seen in years, and will definitely be setting my DVR. In my opinion, this 1963 black and white version is much better than the early 90s version. The film is based on the 1954 novel of the same name. If you’ve never seen this adventure thriller about civilization versus savagery, then you should definitely tune in to TCM this Saturday at 11am (or DVR it and watch it whenever works for you).
