Xbox One X Releases November 7th

Xbox One

Microsoft has revealed the name of “Project Scorpio,” and it’s simply Xbox One X. The Xbox One upgraded console will release on November 7th.

Xbox One X is being touted as “the most powerful console in the world.” It has a 6 Teraflop GPU clocked at 1.172 Ghz. The X also has 12GB GDDR5 memory, 326 GBs of memory, and will support true 4K resolution. One X games that run in native 4K will be super-sampled to 1080p for those without a 4K TV. It’ll also play 4K UHD Blu-rays.

All Xbox One games and accessories will work with Xbox One X. Games will look and run better, and have faster load times.

The system even has a liquid-cooled vapor chamber.

While it’s the “most powerful console,” it is also the smallest Xbox ever designed.

A price has not yet been revealed.

  1. I’ll be shocked if this isn’t $500.
