Destiny 2

PC gamers who have pre-ordered Destiny 2, the early access beta begins today at 12pm CT. The PC beta will be our first chance to see the Control map Javelin-4. If you didn’t pre-order, you can check out the PC beta tomorrow to experience 4K Destiny 2 at 60+ (uncapped) fps. Check out the trailer below for the PC beta if you missed, as well as the specs to see if you’re computer will be able to run the game.

Like the console beta earlier this month, the PC beta will feature the opening Homecoming story mission, The Inverted Spire strike, competitive mutliplayer Countdown on Midtown, and quick play Control on Javelin-4 (a different map from the one seen on the console beta).

You can expect the following changes to the PC beta that was fixed from the console beta:

  • Fixed infinite super glitch

  • Warlocks now have the same melee range as all other classes
