WWE is in a bit of a crisis today just two days before Sunday’s big TLC event. The heavily hyped event was set to see the reformed Shield take on the team of Miz, Cesaro, Sheamus, Braun Strowman, and Kane in a five-on-three TLC handicap match. However, there’s now a HUGE change to that match.
Roman Reigns has been pulled from the match due to “medical issue.” Joining Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins in the big main event will be none other than RAW General Manager, Kurt Angle wrestling his first match in a WWE ring since 2006.
Roman isn’t the only superstar who has been pulled due to a medical issue. Bray Wyatt has also been pulled from the event, and fans are in for a MAJOR treat as Wyatt is being replaced by Smackdown’s AJ Styles. That’s right, it’s going to be Finn Balor vs. AJ Styles at TLC.
PWInsider.com reports that Bo Dallas has been off the road for the past few weeks after contracting a “communicable disease.” JoJo was pulled from the road this week as a precautionary measure, and now both Roman and Bray Wyatt have been pulled as well. It’s possible others might be pulled as well, so stay tuned.
TLC airs this Sunday night LIVE on WWE Network and PPV.
